Requirements to place a valuation for your memorabilia:
- 1 x clear image of each piece being valued – showing the entire front of the edition
- 1 x clear image of the certificate of Authenticity – showing the complete document
How To Process Your Valuation Order:
This is a very simple and efficient process. To have your edition(s) valued, select the number of editions you would like valued from the drop-down box, add this to your cart, fill in the areas of your personal information required, Checkout and finalise your valuation request by making payment.
Once you have placed your order please email us the images of of each piece along the with corresponding Certificate of Authenticity to enquiry@memorabiliavaluations.com.au. Please include your order number and name in the subject line.
We will then assess and process your valuation and email you your valuation certificate(s). In most instances, you can expect to receive your valuation reports via email within 1-2 business days from the date of your submission. Sometimes sooner. For more extensive collections, our turnaround time typically ranges from 2 to 3 business days. If we need any further information from you I will be sure to contact you promptly.
What type of Memorabilia do we value?
Memorabilia Valuation Professionals exclusively provide valuations for signed, authenticated sports memorabilia that is accompanied by a reputable Certificate of Authenticity. Before submitting a valuation request, please refer to our FAQ to ensure your item qualifies. Valuation requests for ineligible items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Policy for valuations submitted without a Certificate of Authenticity:
As our submission requirements for valuations are clearly outlined, any valuation request submitted without a valid Certificate of Authenticity will be cancelled. In such cases, a 10% administration and merchant processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Memorabilia Evaluation
- Place your order number and name in the subject line on the email. IE: Order 12345 Bob Smith Valuation.
- Attach atleast one clear image of each piece and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity
- Email to: enquiry@memorabiliavaluations.com.au
- We will reply and confirm once we have received the information and proceed processing your valuation.
- Please Note: If the editions you request for valuation do not accompany a reputable Certificate of Authenticity we will not be able to value them and your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. See Refund Information below.
Please note in exception to the above valuation pricing table, High End Edition valuations will incur the below valuation fees
- $20,000 - $50,000 = $99 per item
- $50,001 - $100,000 = $165 per item
- $100,001 + = $220 per item
If you feel your edition may fall into one of the "High End" values please contact us prior to submitting your valuation request online so we can submit the invoice to you manually.
If valuations are submitted online and they do come into the "High End" bracket we will contact you to discuss this prior to finalising the valuation.
